Civilian companies & contractors and other civilians who wish to deploy overseas to supply commercial services to UK Armed
Forces are required to undertake CONDO training.
EBO CONDO training courses are delivered by former Royal Marines, Army, and Royal Air Force instructors, offering a wealth
of experience that is passed on during EBO CONDO training. Our instructors have themselves been on deployed operations
across the globe. This also allows our students the experience of working alongside all aspects of the British military.
EBO is also UK Health and Safety Executive approved as a first aid trainer.
EBO offers a 2 or 3 day CONDO training course that fully complies with the MoD’s CONDO requirements under:
- DEFCON 697 (Contractors on Deployed Operations) and
- DEFSTAN 05-129 (Defence Standard (Processes and Requirements))
The 2 day EBO CONDO Course comprises of the following:
- Security and safety awareness training
- First Aid training
- Travel and transport security and safety training
- Legal and contractual awareness training
- Theatre-specific information
Our 3 day course also covers the following:
- Administration, Welfare and Discipline for larger groups
- Use of MoD Provided Transportation
- Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA)
- Chemical Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Personal Protection
All EBO training will be adapted to suit the deployment environment. If you require any specific training or extra modules
that you feel may be required contact us to build this into your package.
Following EBO's CONDO Training, an EBO CONDO certificate can also be used to assist with clients’ CONDO compliance paperwork.
